DELIVERY INFO

I outsource to have my photos printed, so please make sure you order the correct size. No refunds will be given if you order the incorrect size.

PRINT INFO

All sizes of prints are Limited Editions with a border. Prints are signed in black ink on the back to preserve the white border around the photo. Please contact me if you would like it to be signed on the front.

A4, A3, 10x10 and 12x12 prints will have a Certificate of Authenticity and Thank you card. Packaging materials include a clear biodegradeable cello bag sleeve, biodegradeable tissue paper, and recycleable envelope.

16x16 prints - This size print will be sent in a tube with the above packaging, and cards.

Paper

The paper I use for my prints is Epson Semi Gloss 260gsm. It is a bright white paper, and is between a matt and glossy finish. The paper is of archival quality and can hold its colour for up to 80 years. Having said that, please keep your print(s) out of direct sunlight. Giclèe printers offer the best printing and is better than your own printer at home, as it gives a high DPI (Dots Per Inch) across your print. (The higher the DPI, the higher the detail within a print is).

Print Size

I’m able to print photographs to ‘A’ sizes, for example A4 and A3. For each print I include a border that measures 16mm all round. As I stick to A4 and A3, the actual printed area is a little smaller than the given size of print, as are the square sizes 10x10, 12x12 and 16x16.

With the 12x12 print, I had trouble inserting it in to a cello sleeve, therefore, I have shaved 2mm (millimetres) off each side of the print.

Packaging & Delivery

Certificate of Authenticity - This belongs with the print, so please keep in a safe place.

Thank you card - A message saying thank you, with a little about the print and the EXIF data.

Because prints are not ready to be despatched immediately, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If your order doesn’t arrive in this time, please use the Contact form and email me.

Biodegradeable Packaging

Where I can, prints will be packed in a biodegradeable/compostable cellophane sleeve and then protected by a sheet of boidegradeable tissue paper and placed into a hard-backed envelope or tube.

If for whatever reason I don’t have all the packaging, delivery may take longer than normal. I will send you an email if there will be a delay and will email you when your order is on its way.

Payments can be made securely via Stripe.
